While StumbleUpon.com in general is one of the most useful, innovative social media sites on the internet, it can often be abused. That isn't to say that it shouldn't be abused or that there's anything wrong with using it for these purposes. It only means that a blog that offers good content and has a decent following can benefit from being stumbled.
Sometimes, the benefit can be huge in the short term and sustained for a long, long time. Well, long in internet terms, which means weeks, potentially even months.
For a blog, this is an eternity.
